I would say they are too thin, yet too stretchy. They provide no pressure since they are so stretchy. I have ED problems and a good cock ring works. I would try the thicker donut holes made of rubber. Silicone doesn't provide enough pressure.

OK I had never tried a cock ring around my balls before these. Yes I had tried one on the base of my penis and it was just ok. So I stretched one over and it made the package ride up high. A little stimulation and it quickly filled up. Then I also tried the other sizes at the same time one on the shaft and one on the head with out much sucess. As for extended wear it seems a bit to tight but for a little banging it was just right
